Don Francisco González, vecino del pueblo de Apa, dijo que en la calle que llaman de la Zanja tiene una casa y su sitio correspondiente, misma que vende a la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento, de paredes techada de teja, cuya calle hace frente por el sur y del otro lado casa de los herederos de Tomás de Figueroa, al oriente linda con casas de don Bartolomé Salvo, al norte linda con casa de don Juan Antonio de Zavalza y don Bartolomé Salvo y al poniente linda con casas altas de dicho Zavalza, propiedad que había comprado en remate y que era de don Pedro de Parraga Robledano, y hoy la vende al precio de 675 pesos.
