Doña María [del] Rosario Quezada [y Dorantes], de esta vecindad, mayor de 35 años, dijo que su difunta madre, doña María Victoriano Dorantes, dejó en esta Villa una casita de paredes de lodo revocada, cubierta de madera, divisible en partes iguales con su hermano don José Quezada[s], quien por sus urgencias enajenó la mitad que le correspondía a don Andrés Buzón y la otra mitad, la enajenó la otorgante al mismo Buzón, por lo que reduce a instrumento público este documento, la venta la hizo en 500 pesos de los que se da por satisfecha.
