El Capitán Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, residente en este ingenio aceptó la donación a que su tía Doña Beatriz Márquez de Amarilla, vecina de la ciudad de México, viuda de Don Juan Castillete a Doña Isabel de Amarilla, doncella, hija legítima de Esteban García de Aravalles y Ana Salazar, de 3 000 pesos de oro común, de los 3 404 pesos 4 tomines y 9 gramos de oro común, que Don Sebastián le pasa en cada 1 año, de los réditos de un censo de 40 000 pesos que sobre esta hacienda y otras propiedades tiene cargado en favor del dicho Juan Castillete así como los de una escritura de 20 065 pesos que le viene pagando a razón de 7 por ciento; y se obligó el otorgante a pagar los 3 000 pesos para el fin de diciembre del presente año.
