El Lic. Don Agustín de Andrade, capellán de la Almiranta que está surta en el puerto de San Juan de Ulúa, de la flota General Don José Centeno y Ordóñez, dijo que por cuanto el Almirante Don Juan Bautista de Lezcano, por cláusula del codicilio que otorgó en este pueblo, so cuya disposición falleció, lo nombró su albacea en este reino, y respecto de hallarse muy ocupado no puede acudir al cumplimiento del albaceazgo, atento a lo cual, se desiste y aparta [renuncia] del nombramiento que le fue conferido por el dicho difunto.
