Micaela Estefanía Martínez, viuda de Julián de Bustamante, otorga que vende al Subteniente de Milicias don José María Cardeña y Gallardo, una casa de paredes, cubierta de madera y teja, ubicada en el barrio de la Lagunilla, que tiene de frente 50 varas y de fondo al sur 100 varas, lindando por el oriente, poniente y sur con tierras de la Cofradía de la Concepción, y al frente con el camino Real que de esta villa va hacia Veracruz, al precio de 300 pesos; 100 pesos de contado, y los 200 restantes que reconocerá al comprador sobre la misma finca, pagando 5 % anuales por el tiempo de 5 años.
