Don Lorenzo Roso, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, informa que en fechas pasadas, don Carlos Roso, su difunto padre, vendió a don Manuel Malpica, también difunto, una casa baja, cubierta de techo de vigas, la cual linda al norte y oriente con un mesón y la calle que sube para el Calvario, al sur con casa de Lucas de Olachea y un pedazo de solar y al fondo con casa que fue de Pedro de Flandes y José de Aguilar; dicha venta la hizo en 500 pesos, de la cual no se hizo escritura, por lo que solicita se realice la citada escritura y se otorgue a doña Isabel Martínez Blanco y don José Malpica.
