Don Juan Manuel Toral, vecino de esta villa, vende a José Hernández, de esta vecindad, una casa con 38 varas castellanas de oriente a poniente y de norte a sur 100 varas, de cuyo solar solo vende con dicha casa 38 varas, ubicadas a la banda del oriente de la tenería que fue de Calixto Ventura López y su frente mira al norte, por cuyo rumbo y por el del sur linda con tierras de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción de esta villa; por el costado del oriente con la mitad del solar entero que tocó a María Flores y vendieron sus herederos a don Miguel de Cardeña, y hoy posee otro dueño; al poniente con 12 varas de tierra que tocaron y quedaron a Juan Sebastián Flores; cuyo solar lo compró el vendedor a María de la Concepción de Vera. La vende en 410 pesos.\t
