Don Agustín Mármol, avecindado en esta Villa, se constituye fiador y carcelero comentarience de don Manuel Picos, a quien se le aprendió con un envoltorio con veintitantas libras de pólvora que conducía al pueblo de Atzalan, por encargo que le hicieron aquellos oficiales de fieles realistas, cuya fianza la hace debido a que se halla en la cárcel gravemente enfermo y se le ha admitido la oferta que hizo de dar un fiador de cárcel segura, para que bajo ella se le excarcele durante su curación.
