El presbítero don José María Mejía, domiciliario del obispado de Puebla, residente en esta villa, otorga poder especial a don Francisco de Paula Martínez, alguacil mayor del Juzgado Eclesiástico del Provisorato de Puebla, para que en su representación pueda parecer y parezca ante el Excelentísimo e Ilustrísimo Señor don Antonio Joaquín Pérez Martínez, meritísimo obispo de esta diócesis, en la Secretaria de Cámara y Gobierno, Juzgados de Testamentos, Capellanías y Obras Pías de aquel obispado y demás tribunales que convenga, donde pida y suplique hasta conseguir y tomar colación de la capellanía a favor de la misa de alba de esta parroquia, de cuya fundación, monto y procedencia le dará por escrito.
