Diego Molina, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que desde hace años esta tratado casarse legítimamente con Pascuala Gertrudis Muñoz, de la misma vecindad y como al presente está por hacer viaje a la Ciudad de México con su amo Juan José Rincón y no poder aguardar a que se hagan las informaciones, otorga poder a Tomás de Valencia, para que en su nombre y representando su persona se despose por palabras de presente que celebren verdadero matrimonio con la mencionada Pascuala recibiéndola por su esposa y otorgándolo por su esposo y marido.
