Calixto Ventura López, vecino de este pueblo, vende al Capitán Juan Ricardo de Guzmán, residente en este pueblo, una tenería de curtir cueros, ubicada en términos de este pueblo, techada de paja, con 56 varas largo y 10 de ancho, junto con el solar donde está construida, más 100 varas de tierras que tiene al sur y norte, la cual compró de Juan Antonio Mosquera, al precio de 800 pesos de oro común; 550 quedan gravados a favor de Antonio de Achaval, y el restos que le entregaron en dinero de contado. \r\n\r\n
