Antonio García y José Antonio García de Baldemora, hijos, albaceas y herederos de Antonio García de Baldemora, dijeron que en este pueblo de Jalapa, dicho difunto les dejó una casa y solar, que venden a Francisco de la Barreda Gayón, que al frente linda con el fondo de las casas del Curato de dicho pueblo, calle en medio, al fondo con solar de María Basurto y Josefa de Rivera, al costado del norte con el callejón que va al camino de Tonayan y San Pablo, al sur con solares de Matías Pérez y Francisca de la Barrera, con sus entradas y salidas, libre de empeño, al precio de 100 pesos de oro común, que les pagaron de contado.
