Don José Antonio de la Peña, Regidor Perpetuo Alférez Real de este ayuntamiento, como albacea y heredero de don José Antonio Liñeiro, dijo que entre los bienes heredados hay una casa de altos y bajos con su solar en la Villa de Corcubión, en los reinos de Galicia, la que hubo y compró de María López, viuda de Juan Ballón, por mano de don Blas Durán, por escritura de 2 de abril de 1766, de la que otorga donación a doña María Joaquina de la Peña Hoyo, hija de don Joaquín de la Peña Vallastra y de doña Manuela de Hoyo Gutiérrez, vecinos del lugar de Navajeda, en el Obispado de Santander.
