Declara fue casado en primeras nupcias con María del Rosario de los Reyes con quien tubo por hijo a Pedro Jiménez, y en segundas nupcias con la referida María Sarabia con quien tiene por hijos a Petrona Jiménez casada con don José Becerra, a Tomás Antonio Jiménez casado con doña María Antonia Caballero, Alfonso Jiménez, soltero, María Gertrudis Jiménez, doncella, Albina Francisca Jiménez de 12; Mariana de 7, Josefa de 5, y José de 2 años. Nombra como albaceas a sus apoderados y como herederos universales a sus hijos.
