Don José Fernández de Castañeda, vecino y del comercio de esta Villa, vende a don José del Valle, de esta vecindad, un solar ubicado en el Barrio de la Laguna de esta Villa, haciendo frente al norte, Calle Real en medio que de esta sale para el Camino Real de Veracruz, y casa de don Elías Nogueira, por el oriente linda con solar de Nicolasa Domínguez, por el sur con solar de José de Mata, por el poniente con Callejón del Perro y del otro lado solar de Francisco de Escalona. Lo vende en 700 pesos, de los cuales 100 pesos los dio al contado y 600 los pagará en 2 años pagando durante este tiempo los réditos correspondientes de 5 % anuales.\t
