Doña Paula Ribot, doncella mayor de 30 años, natural de esta Villa, vende a José Antonio Fuentes, de esta vecindad, una casita vieja de rajas embarrada cubierta de teja, con 9 varas de frente y 63 y media de fondo, la que hace frente al norte con la Calle de Santiago y del otro lado casas de los herederos del difunto don Domingo de Ochoa, por el oriente linda con casa y solar de los herederos de la difunta doña Manuela Pérez, al poniente con los de Patricio José de Santa María, y por el sur con los herederos de don Juan Lorenzo. La vende en 160 pesos.
