La señora Josefa Gertrudis Hernández, vecina de Coatepec, mayor de edad y de estado viuda, otorga que vende a Teófilo Murrieta, vecino de dicho pueblo, un solar ubicado en el pueblo de Coatepec, en la calle Principal, con 28 varas de frente y 127 de fondo, y linda por el oriente con otro de Eugenia Sanabria; por el poniente con callejón que da al camino de Zimpizahua; por el fondo con solar de don José Joaquín Rebolledo; y por el frente con la referida calle Principal, cuyo solar heredó de su finado esposo, Alejandro Gorrón. Lo vende en precio de 150 pesos.
