Don José Benito Blasco, dueño de minas y hacienda de metales en Somelahuacán, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder a su hermano don Gabriel Blasco, para que administre, beneficie, venda y traspase cualquiera de sus haciendas, minas, socavones y otras pertenencias, recibiendo para sus labores las operaciones convenientes; también haga denuncias de las minas, catas y socavones hasta ponerlas en estado de posesión, así para que lo represente y defienda en todos sus pleitos.
