Don Rafael de la Mora, de esta vecindad, dijo que en virtud del fallecimiento de su hermana doña Gertrudis de la Mora, se han suscitado algunas diferencias entre el comparente y su sobrino don Francisco de la Mora y demás interesados. Que, para evitar desavenencias entre la familia, otorga que da poder al licenciado don Antonio Bribiesca, vecino de Morelia, para que en nombre y en representación de su persona, derechos y acciones, pueda concertar, transigir y terminar las indicadas diferencias y cualesquier otras que puedan concurrir en la referida testamentaria.
