El Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, vecino de este pueblo, albacea y heredero de los difuntos Francisco de Castro y María de Medina, vendió a Cristóbal de la Peña, un solar con 66 varas de frente y 76 de fondo, al precio de 33 pesos, ubicado en la Calle Real que sale de este pueblo para Veracruz, linda al norte con casas y solar de Antonio Jiménez, al sur con dicha Calle Real, al oriente con un callejón que sale al camino que va para Naolinco y al poniente con casa y solar de Teresa de Castro, sin haber entregado escritura, la que ahora entrega, con la condición de que donen los lavaderos, tendederos y provisión de agua de los manantiales que están en dicho solar.
