Don Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, Capitán de una de las Compañías de Provinciales de Blancos de este pueblo de Jalapa de donde es vecino y labrador, otorga poder especial al Licenciado Ignacio Tomás de Mimiaga, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, de esa vecindad, para que en su representación busque a su crédito en los conventos, comunidades, cofradías, obras pías, capillas y la Santa Inquisición, que le quisieran dar a réditos del 5 %, la cantidad de 4, 000 pesos en depósito irregular o en otra forma, obligándole a todos sus bienes en general.
