Don José Valentín y don Dionisio Ángel Salvo, vecinos de la Ciudad de México, residentes en esta Villa, dijeron que tienen entablada instancia contra don Manuel José Bellido, difunto, padre político y tutor dativo que fue de los declarantes en su menoría, a quien reclamaron varias partidas de reales aludiendo la nulidad al convenio y transacción que todos celebraron. Y respecto a que dicho reclamo debió ejecutarse conforme a sus intenciones o acordándose con ellos lo conveniente para ejecutarlo armoniosamente en lo extrajudicial, es voluntad de ambos no se continúe con el reclamo, considerando que de seguirse en lo judicial, provocaría disgustos e incomodidades a su madre doña Petra Antonia Bonilla.
