Domingo Molina, natural y vecino de esta Villa, hijo legítimo de los difuntos Alonso José Molina y Cayetana Sánchez Lobato, otorga su testamento. Declara ser casado con doña María Portillo, quien no llevó nada al matrimonio y él tampoco, procrearon 3 hijos; manifiesta que debe y le adeudan algunas cantidades de dinero; dentro de sus bienes posee en reales efectivos 200 pesos, dos casas de material, una situada en el callejón del rastro, y la otra junto a la Garita de México, una yegua y otros artículos de valor. Nombra Albacea a su esposa Mariana Portillo para que entre en sus bienes, los venda y remate en almoneda o fuera de ella. Y del remanente líquido que quedase, nombra como herederos a sus 3 hijos.
