Fermina Aurelia Chávez, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, vende a este vecindario representado don Pedro Gorrindo Palomino y don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, un solar de 12 varas de frente que se hallan entre la casa que tienen para alojamientos o cuarteles, al lado del poniente, y el solar que a la otorgante queda al lado del oriente, en la calle que baja del Puente del Alcabalero para Tenería que fue de Mosqueira y hoy de don Luis de Zárate con la que hace frente, en precio de 100 pesos con el derecho de los arrimos que se mencionan en la escritura.
