María Guadalupe Velásquez, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, viuda y albacea del Capitán Teodoro Antonio de Mojica, junto con Francisca Sebastiana Mojica, mujer de Domingo de Chávez e hija de la declarante y del difunto, se reparten y dividen por mitad un solar que dejó por bienes el citado Mojica, que mide 60 varas de frente y 70 varas de fondo, linda al norte con la calle que baja para la Ermita de Santiago y solar de los herederos de don Francisco de Araciel, al oriente con solar que fue de Antonio Barradas y ahora lo es de Juan Ricardo de Guzmán, al sur con solar de la Cofradía de la Señora del Rosario y al poniente con Felipe Rodríguez.
