Antonio López, vecino de esta villa de Córdoba, otorga que vende a Antonio Millán, vecino de esta villa, una casa cubierta de teja [roto] solar de frente y 50 de fondo [roto] hace frente con solar de Joseph Gomes Davila, por el fondo con casas de Juan de Soto Noguera, Alguacil Mayor del Santo Tribunal de la Inquisición; la vende con su patio, pozo, tienda de esquina armada y horno de cocer pan. Dicha casa la compró de Gregorio Martínez de Solís, Alguacil y Regidor Perpetuo de esta dicha villa, y al presente la vende por libre de tributo y empeño en precio de 200 pesos de oro común.
