Sebastián Hernández, junto con Antonio Benítez Revuelta, marido de Polonia Hernández, hijos legítimos y herederos del difunto Manuel Hernández, venden al Capitán don Tomás Rajadel, vecino del pueblo de Perota, 3 ranchos; 2 de labor llamados Aguatepec y el otro Teaco, y el tercero Cuistlastepec, al precio de 2, 100 pesos; los 2, 000 por las mejoras que tienen y los 100 pesos que tienen pagados hasta hoy de alcabala que fue lo que se convino por tener arrendadas las del partido de Perote, cantidad, que el citado Capitán pagó a nombre de su hijo José Antonio Rajadel, imponiendo ciertas condiciones para el pago de réditos.
