Don José Valentín Salvo, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a Francisco Jiménez, de esta misma vecindad, una casa de edificio bajo de cal y canto, cubierta de tejas, que heredó de su abuela doña Ángela Francisca del Pino, quien fue viuda del Teniente de Caballería Miliciana, don Bartolomé Salvo; dicha casa linda al norte con la calle Real y con el Mesón de San Antonio, así como parte de la casa alta de don Juan de Bárcena, al oriente con casa de José María Barroso, al poniente con casa y solar de don Isidro Posadas y al sur con solar de doña Petra Antonia Bonilla, madre del otorgante, la venta la hace en 1,000 pesos.
