Don Juan de Bárcena y don Manuel de Boza, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, albaceas testamentarias de don Bartolomé Salvo, difunto, quien fue Síndico del convento del padre San Francisco, dijo que sus albaceas depositaran la cantidad de 500 pesos sobre la casa que poseía en la plaza del pueblo, cuya cantidad generaba un rédito de 5 %, los cuales manda se entreguen anualmente al Síndico del convento y si surge otra casa se imponga el mismo gravamen.
