Doña María de Jesús de Acosta, hija de los difuntos don Manuel de Acosta y doña Pascuala Díaz de Acosta, vecina de este pueblo, otorga poder y nombra albaceas a don Juan Antonio Espinosa, a su esposa doña Ana Petrona Borja y don Bernardo Ibáñez de Suazo y Landa, para que hagan y ordenen su testamento que constará de una memoria que entregará a dicho Bernardo; asimismo declara fue casada en primera nupcias con José Filpo, de quien no tuvo hijos, por segunda vez se casó con Bartolomé de Borja, tampoco tuvieron hijos, pero criaron a doña Ana Petrona Borja; del remanente de ellos nombra herederos a los albaceas.
