Vicente Ferrer de Rivera, hijo legítimo de los difuntos Julián de Rivera y Eugenia Hernández, junto con Juan Antonio Plata, hijo legítimo de Juan Plata y de Lugarda de Rivera, difunta y hermana de dicho Vicente, de la cual el citado Juan Antonio es heredero, venden a don Pedro de Vargas Soca, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, una casa de paredes y tejas que mide 22 varas y media de frente, 97 varas de fondo y por el lado derecho de Manuel de Olmedo tiene parte del fondo 49 varas y media, linda al oriente con la Calle de San Francisco de Paula, al sur con casa y solar de María de la Barreda Gayón, al poniente con solar de Juan Alonso de Castro, Miguel Chávez y del Capitán Manuel de Olmedo, y al norte con solar y casa de Juana de Rivera, al precio de 600 pesos.
