El Licenciado don Antonio Álvarez de Guzmán, Presbítero, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don José Suárez, de la misma vecindad, una casa y solar ubicados en la calle y puente del Alcabalero, el cual mide 48 varas de frente, cubierta de techo de vigas y tejas, linda al norte con el expresado puente, al sur con solar que posee la viuda de José de la Parra, al oriente con solar del Capitán Cristóbal Pérez y al poniente con casa y solar de doña Micaela López; dicha venta la realiza en 500 pesos.
