Don Juan Bautista Guido, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, declara que don Tomás de la Calle y doña Cayetana María Lobato, esposos, y el apoderado de ella, dueños de tierras en el pueblo de Las Vigas, tienen pleito de tierras con los inquilinos a quienes se las tienen arrendadas, por lo cual el citado don Juan Bautista Guido, se constituye en fiador y pagador de don Tomás de la Calle, para que pueda apoyarlo en el cobro del arrendamiento de tierras.
