Bartolomé López, vecino de esta villa, vende a José Hernández, de esta misma vecindad, un pedazo de solar de 50 varas de frente y 100 de fondo, ubicado en el Barrio de la Laguna, junto a la tenería que fue de Calixto Ventura López, hacia la parte del oriente lindando con la calle que baja al Puente del Obispo; linda con otro solar que fue de don Francisco Flores o sus herederos por la parte del poniente; y por el oriente, norte y sur con tierras de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción de esta parroquia, cuyo pedazo de solar lo compró a don Domingo Franceschi. Lo vende en 80 pesos.\t
