Don Luis Ruiz, actual diputado del Honorable Congreso de este Estado Libre de Veracruz, dijo que reconoce y agradece los favores y servicios que le debe a don Martín Sánchez y Serrano, del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en este suelo, y en justa retribución de ellos, le ha cedido y obsequiado desde el primero de octubre de año pasado, 2 y media pajas de agua dulce, mitad de los 5 que disfrutaba su casa, ubicada en la segunda cuadra de la calle Real de esta villa, para llevarlas por cañería subterránea a la suya que está enfrente, como ya lo hizo. Por la presente otorga que hace donación en forma perpetua e irrevocable para que la disfrute para siempre.
