Don José Antonio Borja, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don José Antonio Tavera, un pedazo de solar que mide 15 y tercio de varas de ancho por el frente y 45 ½ de largo, de ancho al fondo tiene 12 varas, con 2 paredes que tiene en su frente, propiedad que heredó de doña María de Jesús de Acosta, viuda de don Bartolomé de Borja, cuyo pedazo de solar hace linda al sur con casa del Capitán Cristóbal Pérez, al oriente con casa y solar del comprador, y al norte y poniente con casa y solar del vendedor. La venta se hace en 92 pesos que le pagaron de contado.
