María Antonia Cuevas, vecina de esta Villa, viuda de Manuel Ballesteros, vende a José María González, de esta misma vecindad, un pedazo de solar eriazo ubicado en la calle que de la de San Miguel baja para la de los Berros, el cual mide 21 varas de frente hacia el poniente, con dicha calle en medio; y por el fondo, hacia el oriente, linda con el caño y barranca por donde corren los desagües de Techacapa, hacia la espalda del cuartel de la villa; por el norte con solar que fue de Clara Amaya; y por el sur con casa y solar de Miguel Tejada. Lo vende en precio de 140 pesos.
