Felipa Suárez, Josefa Hernández, mujer legítima de Antonio Vázquez, y Antonia Pérez hija natural de la difunta Ana Francisca, herederos de la difunta Pascuala Pérez, vecinos de este pueblo de Jalapa, informan que por partición de bienes de la citada difunta, venden a doña Manuela Hernández, vecina de dicho pueblo, una casa de paredes y tejas, que hace frente con la calle que baja de Santiago y el convento de San Francisco, al oriente con casa y cerca del Capitán don Juan Ricardo de Guzmán y al poniente con casa y cerca de Felipa Suárez, en la cantidad de 300 pesos.
