Juana de la Trinidad Rivera, viuda de Pedro López y mujer de Mariano José de Frías, junto con sus hijas, dijeron que por bienes del difunto, quedó una casa de edificio bajo de paredes y tejas con su sitio correspondiente, propiedad que las otorgantes venden a María Antonia Guevara, doncella, mayor de 25 años; linda por el norte con la calle que de este pueblo sale hacia Veracruz por donde tiene 28 ¾ de varas, al oriente linda con casa de Ventura Rosende, al sureste linda con la calle que llaman de Aburto por donde tiene 50 varas ¾, al poniente con casa que fue de Jacinto de la Mota y solar de la Virgen por donde tiene 52 varas. La venta se hace en 400 pesos.
