Doña María Ortiz, mujer de don Pedro Domínguez Ballesteros, declara que su difunto marido, otorgó en su testamento una casa, la cual perteneció a la citada María Ortiz, misma que el otorgante vendió para cubrir sus adeudos, a su hija doña Antonia Domínguez, quien junto con sus hermanos don Blas y don Manuel hicieron compañía en panadería y tienda mestiza, reedificando dicha casa, por lo que declara que la reedificación y mejoras a la mencionada casa han sido de cuenta de su hija, y no han gastado en ello sus hermanos cosa alguna.
