Don José Mariano Florido, dueño de ganado mayor y labrador, dijo que siendo uno de los testamentarios de su difunta madre política doña Anastasia Antonia Rodríguez, de mancomún con don José María Díaz Platas, han recibido de don Juan Pensado, albacea de don Miguel Tejeda, la cantidad que éste debía por la venta del rancho conocido como Atezca, pero como no hay persona que quiera recibirlos para pagarlos con sus réditos, él otorga que recibe los 2, 019 pesos 2 ½ reales en depósito irregular, mismos que se obliga a entregar a sus hermanos menores para cuando tengan la edad para recibirlos.
