Ante el corregidor compareció Juan de Rojas, mayordomo de la cuadrilla de carros de Gaspar de Contreras, quien manifestó llevar en ellos 102 pipas de vino, en virtud de siete certificaciones firmadas por los jueces oficiales reales, para entregar en la ciudad de México a Juan Guerrero Galas, a Martín Duarte y a Martín de Ugarte, a Juan de Vera, al Capitán Martín de Chavarría, a Simón Sánchez Casasola y al Capitán Juan Ramírez de Vergara, cuya imposición quedó en la Real Caja de la Nueva Veracruz el 27 de octubre, 2 y 3 de noviembre de este año.
