Marcos de Trujillo Villavicencio, dueño de recua y vecino de la ciudad de los Ángeles, manifestó llevar en ella a la Nueva Veracruz dos indios en su servicio y avío llamados Domingo y Pedro, Asimismo, el corregidor le notificó de la ordenanza que prohíbe bajar con indios a la Nueva Veracruz, ni pasar con ellos de este pueblo a partir del 1 de junio de cada año hasta el otro día después de San Francisco; también se le informó que a los indios debe dársele buen tratamiento y no servirse de ellos contra su voluntad.
