Francisco Muñoz Badillo, dueño de recua, vecino de Zacatlán, manifestó llevar en ella para la Nueva Veracruz, dos indios nombrados: Juan de Gante y Juan Sánchez. Asimismo, el corregidor le notificó que a los indios debe dársele buen tratamiento y no servirse de ellos contra su voluntad; también le informó de la ordenanza que prohíbe bajar con indios a la Nueva Veracruz, ni pasar con ellos de este pueblo, a partir del 1 de junio de cada año hasta el otro día después de San Francisco.
