El Capitán Juan Joseph [José] de León, Alcalde Mayor en este partido, Juez de Cobranza de los Tributos, Renta de Alcabalas y otras comisiones, nombra Teniente del pueblo de Acultzingo a Diego de Altamirano, con poder y facultad que en derecho se requiere para que ejerza y ejecute dichos oficios, y con vara de justicia aprehenda a los delincuentes y a los negros huidos los remita a la cárcel; y manda a los vecinos de dicho pueblo tengan a Altamirano como su lugarteniente y acudan a sus llamamientos y le den al auxilio que pidiere.
