El Capitán Juan de Zúñiga Ceballos, Alcalde Mayor y Capitán a Guerra de este pueblo y su distrito, Juez de Caminos, Registro de Ganado y otras comisiones, nombra Alcaide de Cárcel y Alguacil Ejecutor a Sebastián Zedillo, vecino de este pueblo, para que tenga en custodia a los presos que se le entregaren, use de la vara de justicia y aprehenda cualesquier gente de mal vivir, y delincuentes, además haga lo que le mande su merced. Dicho Zedillo, aceptó y dio por su fiador a Diego Montufar.
