El Capitán Martín de Rada, Alcalde Mayor, Juez Comisario de Caminos, y de otras comisiones, dijo es necesario nombrar un Alguacil Ejecutor, por lo que nombra a Antonio de Idiarte, vecino de este pueblo, para que cumpla con sus instrucciones, acuda a todos los llamamientos de lo contenido en sus comisiones así de alcabalas como de tributos, y al amparo de los naturales para que no reciban agravios, aprehender y desarmar cualesquier delincuente y a todas las demás cosas que le fuesen cometidas.
