El Escribano Francisco Miguel Ferrera, en nombre del Corregidor, notificó a Lorenzo Hernández no bajar a la Veracruz con la recua de mulas de Luis Machado que lleva a su cargo, por llevar en ella cuatro indios llamados Juan Hernández; Diego Pérez; Baltazar Gómez; y Andrés Martín; pena de 200 pesos como manda la ordenanza que prohíbe no bajar del día primero de junio hasta el 4 de octubre.
