Francisco Hernández, mayordomo de la cuadrilla de Villegas, manifestó los indios e indias que lleva en los carros que bajan a la Nueva Veracruz: Melchor, indio Capitán, y su mujer Catalina; Andrés Agustín y María, su mujer; Juan Alonso, soltero; Pascual, soltero; Gaspar y su mujer[roto]; Domingo, negro; Juan Miguel, soltero; Jusephe, soltero; asimismo se le notificó de la ordenanza que prohíbe que desde el primero de junio hasta cuatro días después de San Francisco bajen indios a la Nueva Veracruz, ni los pase de este pueblo de Orizaba, so pena de 200 pesos.
