Alonso Gil de Benita, vecino de Tepeaca, dijo que los indios que lleva en su recua son los siguientes: Pedro, Tomás y Bartolo y que otro indio que va con ellos no es suyo, que va de guardián de Tecamachalco. El corregidor notificó no bajar con indios al puerto hasta después de San Francisco como lo manda la ordenanza que lo prohíbe.
